Hi! Accidentally I placed my RaZberry on the wrong pin on my Raspberry B rev1. I attach a picture how I placed on gpio.

Since then I can't access
http://localhost:8083 on the Raspi, although 8084 works. I upgraded zway, deleted and installed again, I rebooted the Raspi several times. Installation succeed, but I still can't access the zway. What could happened as worst case?

Not really. We eventually attach it to the wrong pins ourselves, and it has never fried because of that.
More likely, the install script failed to reconfigure serial interface for some reason. Try running it once again and see if there are any errors. Also look into the log, it also might indicate the problem.

Thank you for your answer. I didn't write because I am busy with my finals. I am happy to hear that.
I didn't become smarter from the logs. First, I totally reinstalled the Raspbian on the Raspi and I installed 1.7.2, and I reproduced the error placing RaZberry on the correct pins, could not access Razberry. After that I run this command while using 1.7.2:
wget -q -O - razberry.z-wave.me/install | sudo bash
I removed /var/log/z-way-server.log (it showed everything "empty") and here is my full 2.0.0 log after rebooting:

I did a Google search with this key:
site:forum.z-wave.me Failed to load module BatteryPolling because Cron was not instanciated
I begin reading this topic as the only result:
