Under "Preferences" - "Widgets" I am not able to see the Buttons at the bottom of the Website. So I am not able to create a new widget or to Change the Position.
I tried Windows Explorer, Chrome, Opera and Firefox. Uwe

You can not create widgets. Really, you can not

But modules can! Just add needed module and it will create a widget for you

It took a while before I understood the principle
