I'am trying to connect but only gets "Can not start Z-Wave binding: Error: Binding with name 'zway' already exists" in the log?

Something I have missed?
Or is the Razberry dead?

But I can not get anything since z-server not starting because it can not find/communicate with the razberry?
It get timeout and then says to many retries?

I have tried it against 2 diffrent PI's with the preconfigured razberry.img.
I have also tried a clean weezy and installed the z-wave as in the instruction but with the same result?

Well implicitly you now give at least some version information. razberry.img is v1.7.x
In the past there have been some batches of malfunctioning/defect RaZberry devices. May be you got one of those. I do not know which ones are wrong but you may find that on this forum. On your RaZberry device there is a sticker with date information.

Even if it does not start, log would help a lot.
