I have a problem of restart with z-way-serveur. When I try to acceder in the interface, I have this message which displays :

Was it a fresh install? Seems you don't have Z-Wave binding module activated. You need to configure it with parameters:
port: /dev/ttyAMA0
name: zway

You are right, I had no more module in automation, it looks like the restart of the raspberry deleted them.

The installation dates 1 week

I have already had the same concern on another raspberry with another razberry which was in version 2.0.0-RC21

I am obliged after every restart to add all the modules because they disappear.

I have this problem since at least the version 2.0.0-RC21 and always with the version 2.0.1 RC6

have you tried to do sync after changing modules? Is you automation/storage/configjson-06b2d3b23dce96e1619d2b53d6c947ec.json file empty after reboot?
