Re-inclusion after controller reset

Hi,

After struggling with a fibaro fgrm 222 that I managed to include to my network the first time but for which interview was not completely successful and that was not working correctly, I wanted to exclude it and re-include it. The exclusion was not working and I did a reset of the controller (bad idea hum...).
I know it is advised to exclude before resetting the controller because otherwise the device may remain in the controller memory (although it is also said in the documentation that the problem does not exist anymore).

Now after resetting also my device (fibaro fgrm 222) to clear its memory, I do not manage to include it anymore (neither exclude it). I suppose that I'm experiencing that problem of device remaining in the controller memory... Is it completely dead or is there any solution ?

My zwave chip is ZW0500, zway v1.7.1 (I tried with 2.0 and 2.0.1-RC11 also), serial api version 5.0

Thank you very much in advance

When I've had similar problems I've managed to exclude devices "from another network" before including them again, but I've never tried with Fibaro. That is, normal exclusion until the device is "excluded", then quick (?!) inclusion into the wanted network again.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer, I ordered a new fibaro module. I cannot include the latter neither. I conclude that after the controller reset, it is the latter that does not work anymore. Does anybody know what is happening (the led has the good color when launching inclusion so I think that the board has not been damaged) ?
