Hello all!
I have a problem when I try to associate the kfob2 (4 button until the LED flashes green and then button 1), the razberry does not find the device, it looks like nothing happens, not even on the log entry I find some ... I tried also do a factory reset (4 buttons + button 3 + button 4 for 4 seconds) and remap, but nothing.
Some of you succeeded? Can you help me?
Thank you

Re: Problem associate kfob2 with razberry
Hi
I do also have a KFOB2 and I experienced some problems. First of all to wake up the device you have to push (like you mentioned in your post) all 4 buttons until the green light but then you have push button 2! I was using the Expert UI for association and in parallel I was watching the command queue (Network --> Controller Info --> View Job Queue). Here I could see that all commands could not sent until the sleepy KFOB2 was falling in sleep again. So I did the Wake-Up thing again and all the rest of the commands were executed and disappeared from the queue. Then you have to reload the association-page again (I think that is not refreshing by itsself). After a couple of trys it worked!
Good Luck!

Re: Problem associate kfob2 with razberry
Hello, I tried as you said, but nothing. I can not associate the remote control to razberry, I still do not see anything, neither log nor tail. Any ideas?
Re: Problem associate kfob2 with razberry
Try replacing a battery in kfob. Nearly dead battery is a very common inclusion issue.
Re: Problem associate kfob2 with razberry
is the first thing I did, a new battery, but not at all lucky ...

Re: Problem associate kfob2 with razberry
Did you included the remote already to your network or is this "inclusion" exact your problem? There is a difference between "inclusion" and "association".
Re: Problem associate kfob2 with razberry
the problem was the inclusion, but after 3 reset and two exclusions in the end I see it now ...
but now fails the interview ....
when awake kfbs with 4 buttons+ button 2, elements in the queue are canceled with the error not delivered to recipient and reintegrated back into the queue
