Bug adds MultiCmd to devices that does not support it

I wrote before about a problem where the conclusion was that the devices was tagged with support for MultiCmd while not supporting it.
This problem keeps coming back to me. It must be a bug in the software somewhere that adds it in the list of supported Command Classes. I get this problem from various devices from different manufacturers.
