backup / restore 300 -> 500

Hi,
haven't found in forum, but sure that something have seen some time about it,...
That's why sorry, if duplicated
If I want to make an "upgrade" from RaZberry 300 to RaZberry 500 - will it work if I will restore the backup from 300er chip to the new RaZberry?
Normal backup/restore procedure within 300 chip is working fine, I know (and have tried).
