Hi all,

I habe two battery powered sensor of Fibaro (Motion sensor and FGK-101 door / window). I could include and exclude the device pretty well, but the interview stage is not complete . I have reset the sensor manual, etc.!

Interview-Status

Door sensor - Device interview stage is not complete + ..+ +.++.....
Motion sensor - Device interview stage is not complete + ..+ +..++....+.


any ideas

Have you tried to wake up sensors duiring inclusion? (I have same sensors with full interview passed)

Or during Force-Interterview
