How to ship back the Razberry daughter board back to the z-wave.me???????
If anyone knew this please tell me the procedure.I had a razberry daughter board which is not working with z-way application for us and we had notified it to the z-wave.me people but still we didn't get any response hence we decided to ship it back.
When and how did you notify them? You joined this forum some 10 days ago. In normal business prectice you must give them a couple of weeks to come with a solution or a replacement device. I think in most countries you have to deal with the shop where you bought the device.
14th May,2015 we have notified them by mail and along with this mail we had supplied the LOG file as well,
We got a reply from them about what OS we are using and whether the ttyAMA0 port has been configured properly or not ?
We have sent back the reply along with the information they wanted but till date they have not replied any thing to us
for which i wanted to know the procedure to ship back the razberry daughter board
