Hi,
I have a problem with my Razberry daughter card that is not allowing me to finish my project. I checked on the known problems section on the razberry.z-wave.me website and my problem is basically the same as the first known problem (http://razberry.z-wave.me/index.php?id=29).
LED goes on for 1 second on the RaZberry board when it power on and it is not connected on the wrong pins. There is no mention of ttyAMA0 on /etc/inittab and /boot/cmdline.txt. I tried to install 100 times the latest version of the software (v2.0.1) and other versions such as the 1.7.2. and it does not solves the problem. It seems to me that the RaZberry pi is not communicating with the Raspberry pi but I could not find a way to fix it.
Another thing I noticed is that the RaZberry daughter card is getting too hot as soon as the system on the raspberry pi boots.
My version of the NOOBS (used Raspian) is:
NOOBS
Offline and network install
Version:1.4.1
Release date:2015-05-11
SHA-1:279cdeb50861d2ef2681b4d1f5e98c40581f48b1
My version of the Z-wave software: v2.0.1
Z-wave transceiver: Sigma Designs ZM5202
Raspberry pi 1 model B+
I was able to get to the point of getting the Raspberry pi IP and the Razberry ID on Port 8084 but on the Expert UI it gives me the error: "Error handling data form the server" and on Port 8083 : "Cannot start Z-wave binding : Erro: Bad data - communication failed".
On log:

Notification: critical (z-wave): Can not start Z-Wave binding: Error: Bad data - communication failed
What I tried:
-The forums for solution to the problem but none worked
-Installed the noobs and the z-way software more than 3 times
-Tried to use the RaZberry in another Raspberry pi but still shows the same problem

Is Zwave installed under Active Apps? See under the symbol at the top right corner of the screen shot you made

Looks like broken board or wrong port configuration. If installation was correct without errors, you should ask your shop for a replacement.
