Battery polling is not working automatically?

Post by fableman »

Hi

I got version : 2.0.2-rc1

Battery polling is not working automatically?
All values are old.
When I click update it updates, but how to keep it update like once a day?

What do I need todo?

I think that you should activate the local App Battery polling, that will take care of this for you.

It is installed in new installations of 2.0.2-rc1, but does not come if you upgrade from a previous version

It's an upgrade.

Is it this App "Poll sensors and log values periodically" I need and
I must include all the battery devices manually now?

or the App "Sensor Values Logging" ?

Abit confusing to know what I need. I normally only use the expert mode and code my own stuff.

The temperature been working all the time without any polling apps.

I don't have any Apps active at all.

There is a dedicated scheduling app Battery Polling that you can install. It reports once a week, and you can set the warning level

I found the problem...

Under my Settings
I activated : "Show System Apps" ( you should remove this option )

Now I can see the Battery App.
