Razberry (green and red one) does`t stop blinking

Hello,
Has anyone experienced this?
My razpberry zwave.me now not for blinking the LED (green and red). I think that it started when I tried to change the frequency of 908 US for frequency of my country Brazil.

Is there any way to get back to work?
