Advice needed on restoring config data to a new raspi/razber

Friends:
I have a new Pi and new Razberry card.
I have old backups: full backups and backups of the /opt/z-way-server directory.
I want to end up with all my devices available and running the latest 2.1.1 software.
I would appreciate thoughts and guidance before getting started!

PS. Being able to do backups is a big advantage this solution has over my Nexia solution that requires re-enrolling and reentering all config data!
