Z-Wave & Aeotec Multisensor 6 Pairing Trouble

Post by vegardovrid »

Hello!

I've started to set up a home automation system using the Raspberry Pi with the Z-wave module connected. I can't figure out how to pair the components from Aeotec, specially the Multisensor 6(http://aeotec.com/z-wave-sensor).
It's a pretty new component, which might be the problem, but i'm hoping for some answers.

I know most guides explains this using a "remote from Aeotec", but I don't have this remote control and it should be able to work without it. Is there a button I can click to pair it with the Z-wave, if so where is it? I can't find it :)

Thanks for answers.

I found the same one, but its the old version of the sensor. I can't find the button to pair the components on the new one :(

Below the image in the link I provided. Apparantly AEOTEC maintains two different hardware versions under the same name :(
