Switch to Switch

I have an In-Wall Smart Switch from GE and a Aeon-Labs Smart Energy Switch. I would like to turn on the Aeon labs switch when someone turns on the in-Wall switch. I have not being able to configure this in the UI. Can some provide some clues if this is possible?

I found my answer: the GE wall switch does not transmit ON/OFF commands on manual activation (due to patent issues), so its not possible to have it actuate another switch real time.

Most US devices have a workaround to this Lutron patent: they use Hail CC to inform about state change. Then latest Z-Way will query by itself the new state
