I have broken device, that I can't exclude via expert UI. Is it possible to remove it somehow manually?

It's not so simple

Broken device is not even powered now, but still is not listed on the Remove Failed field.

Got to Status tab and press Check connectivity. Then it will be added to the list of Failed and you can remove it as failed.
