Change zwave device ID

Is ist possible to change the device ID using the zway software or directly in the configs?

If not, can I enforce the usage of a free ID during the include process?

At present you can't. That functionality would be very welcome. Quite often it happens that you can't replace a node, so it sets on a different ID. As a consequence one has to adapt all externqal calls to devices. That is a bit of a pain

Unfortunately it still isn't there. Developers are silent lately. May have to do with the upcoming Cebit next week.
