Factory reset or giving up

How to factory reset the razberry board?
Having a hard time getting any thing to work on my razberry.
Nothing updates in the api. Want to try a factory reset before giving up and buying a vera instead.

I have major problems all the time it is too much bugs in razberry schedule does not work unless you restart razberryn
i have Popp hub with razberry
I send it back to the shop
