3 way dimmer switches

HI,
First let me say that this forum is a very helpful place for razberry and I been using it for a while now to answer some of my questions.
My question is I got a house with about 24 z wave dimmers and also connected 3 way z wave dimmer relays I guess the called. My question is that how do I control the dimmers using those switches.
Meaning the programming part. I have no clue as where to even start.
