Minikeypad RFID zipato

Post by marco »

Hi All,
anyone of you has already tried to install Minikeypad RFID by Zipato on zway?
I'm trying today. Inclusion was fast. Firs it was a little bit hard to recognise correct device description...then, trying one by one each description I found "Tag Reader Tag Reader". That selected, installation was complete and configuration page available.
Now on the UI I can see a new switch reported as "Wintop Switch" and also in the expert UI I have a new switch. Clicking on the ON/OFF button of the UIs nothing happen but if I click on the ON/OFF button, push on Home/Away button of the key pad and then move tag near the key pad, button on the UI change its status. Not so comfortable to change a status...
Actually I was expecting also for an Alarm tamper sensor...but nothing of this appeared.
Even if in the quick installation guide they describe all the function and command class, I do not understand how to record Tags and Pin Code on the zway interface.
Any one know how to?
On your knowledge is it available a full user guide?
Thanks
Marco

Hi marco,
im also trying to get this keypad to work without any luck.
I created a another post in this forum where a guy told me to use the "Trap events from Remotes and Sensors" app which cant select the "Wintop Switch", no luck with that one yet. https://forum.z-wave.me/viewtopic.php?f ... 431#p62431
How did it go for you?

There will be an app in the near future supporting the Zipato RFID Mini Keypad. It's not released, but should be in near future.

Then you can also add codes/tags and you'll get two more items on the dashboard to control it. ;)

The App is there, see this post: https://forum.z-wave.me/viewtopic.php?f ... 431#p62446

It's not the one I mean, I've already tested the new app and wrote something about it http://www.siio.de/sicherheitalarm/das- ... me-nutzen/

Unfortunately the App disappeared. Couple of weeks ago I could find it, I ordered a product, but I cannot use now with zway as the App is gone.
Could anyone help? Thanks.
