Interview after change of razberry module

My razberry module stops working and I want to change it to new one - did I must include all devices from beginning or is it stored on software and will be working without any work?

You can restore them from backup to an other RaZberry/UZB1

Unfortunately I don't have backup - I have only SD card with system, but when I start new module with it, it doesn't connect to any devices. How can I restore connection with devices?

You can make a backup of your empty system, open it (as .tgz file) and replace config/zddx/xxxxxxxx-DevicesData.xml by the one from your SD card. Then pack it back and restore the backup with topology.
You can also copy files from automation/stroage to keep Smart Home settings too.
