Any developers or h/w people around?

I'm running Rasbian Wheezy and V2.2.2 of Z-Way. I've been trying to find out about a script that automatically starts at boot time called "readKey". It's incrementing a timer variable until it reaches a value that causes it to perform a Factory Reset on the z-way-server directory/folder. It continues to loop indefinitely and appears on the console screen as if the server is being started and then stopped, and then restarted. Can someone tell me the purpose of the script and how it's suppose to work so I can troubleshoot my v2.2.2 installation? For some reason, no one is responding to my posts on this issue. Am I doing something wrong on this forum?

Will someone please reply?

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: I've traced the readKey problem/culprit to the GPIO Pin 4 value/variable. Pin 4 seems to be the GPCLK0. The script looks for this value to change from "0" to another value...I'm assuming "1". I modified the readKey script so while looping through I print the value out to the console, the value never changes to a nonzero value. What is suppose to make it change? As long as it stays "0", it will perform a Factory Reset and remove everything from the .../automation/storage and .../automation/userModules directories/folders...amongst other things. Can anyone help? What is suppose to make it change to a nonzero value? ... or is the script wrong? I've even tried emailing the creator of the script....no response as of yet.

Please disable the script. We have found a problem in it and turned it temporarily off in the installer.
