I have 2 Razpberry controllers since I'm using one in my house and one in my yard (the indoor controller wouldn't work outside). With that said I'm curious if I can have both controllers controlled from one interface?

You can link the controllers and use one as master with app "Link other Z-Way controller"

No, you do need either RaZberry or UZB1(with licence) from ZWave.me
