After the inclusion of a new device its neighborlist is normally wrong, caused by the fact that I need to bring the device close to the Razberry to be able to include it.
That means, it gets a neighborlist which corresponds to a place near the gateway.
When moving the device to its final place, the neighborlist is wrong and often useless, leaving the device unreachable.
This neighborlist is never changing, neither automatically nor due to a neighborlist update command.
Is there a way to set this list directly - I know probably best who should be seen by whom ?

you can not set it. The device will update neoghbours when you press button in Routing Table tab. But in most cases even with wrong routes devices will find the correct path using Z-Wave healing. This is automatic in modern devices
