Firmware update just to unstable offered

I'm trying to update my RaZberry fw to the latest stable state. But ZWay just offers those:

Code: Select all

2016-09-09	5.4	Update bootloader to 8aaa - EXPERIMETAL - CAN DESTROY YOUR NETWORK!
2016-09-09	5.4	Update firmware from 5.04 to 5.16 - EXPERIMETAL - CAN DESTROY YOUR NETWORK!
Why? Especially for 8aaa I cannot find information. Looks like a git short hash.

http://razberry.z-wave.me/index.php?id=32 list 5.06 as latest. I want to upgrade there, but how?
Can I use z-cfg-update for this? wget the a bin file, stop z-way-server and then use that tool?

Controller Info page says, I have 05.04 on the board and v2.2.3 of Z-Way.

5.04 is the latest for RaZberry. 5.05 and 5.06 exist only for UZB (since they implement functionality needed only on UZB).

z-cfg-update is not for that.

Please don't use the ,16 and 8aaa!!! These are for us and few brave who don't care about bricking their devices and void the warranty ;)

BTW, 8aaa is CRC16 ;)
