I want to use razberry with some other device that rasberry pi. I think then I can't use z-way server. Is that UART API documented somewhere? I was thinking to implement own c++/c z-way server or if possible to compile existing z-way server to other hw.

IIRC there is an instruction for the beagleboard in the recipes section. That may help you.
