Check if razberry is working

Hello

I am new here and I am a totally newbie at Raspberry, Linux and Razberry.
I am trying to install a Razberry to work together with Domoticz. I seem to have been able to install everything according to the guides I have used but I cannot get Domoticz to add a Z-wave smart energy plug. Since I am just following guides it is problematic for me if something goes wrong sonce I would not detect it nor could I try and improvise...

So to my question; How can I check if my Razberry is working properly with drivers and everything? Can I ping the Razberry unit just to se if it is alive? I have read that some people checks loggs, but where are they stored?
I have googled and searched several forums whithout any luck since my search string becomes to common...

First it would be good to check that razberry and the sensor use same frequency. EU and USA models use different frequencies and won't work together.

Both Razberry and sensors are bought in the same store in Sweden, so they should use the same frequency, but how do I check this?
