Install Apps via REST API

Hi,
I'm developing Android App for controlling my Z-Wave smart home. I would like to install Apps (for example If -> Then) from my Android application. Is it possible to install and configure Apps via REST API? I have not found any documentation yet.
I would appreciate any help.
