I am revisiting the use of a Razberry that I had setup 2 years ago and have a login issue.

Simple, I am not able to login, attempting to use the forgot password link returns an error.
This was a Popp unit if it's any help.
I'm going in circles and need expert help.

Here we go again, no one can help me.
I have a registered and paid for HAS that can't be accessed.
Looks like the ZWave.me HA gets consigned to the bin and I look to another alternative.

What is your version? Have you upgraded to the latest? Try to remove the /opt/z-way-server folder and install again

I can't upgrade as I cannot access any UI, likewise I cannot access the unit by SSH, password is not recognised.

I am reluctant to re-flash as it was a paid for version and fear that I will need to buy another licence.

Have you changed the default password? Should be "raspberry".

Tried using default-No Go.

I found this method to Upgrade and ReSet but the board is different. My RaZ looks like this.
