Is there any way to add a confirmation like "Are you sure you want to turn off router?" when toggling certain devices? I find it's to easy to click the wrong switch.

No, but you can make few virtual switches and make a logic that only two switched off will switch the real device off. Like russian nuclear weapons according to Hollywood
