Can't figure out how to upgrade Razberry GPIO firmware

Hi
I got a new Razberry GPIO board and downloaded a fresh razberry.img.zip Version number: v2.3.8 and installed on 32GB SD card on my Raspberry Pi 2 running nothing else. I can include a zwave switch and control it OK.
When I go to IP:8083/expert/#/uzb, I see:
Firmware Update
The firmware of your Z-Wave transceiver is upgradable using this interface. You should only perform an upgrade if asked by support. its possible that certain firmware upgrade require to upgrade the board loader part of the firmare first.
2016-09-09 5.4 Update bootloader to 8aaa
2017-01-27 5.4 5.7 Update firmware from 5.04 to 5.07
I tried bootloader first and then firmware - Circles spin and then I am returned to the same page with Old bootloader and firmware version still listed.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
