No Cloud Backup after new installation and restoring

Post by Clubber2000 »

I tried to update from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1. Because I am on the strech I tried to update first to buster, but failed because of a GPG error (reason was an expired RSP4096 key).
After several unsuccesful tries to update the key I decided to make an new installation:

Raspian Buster and Zway 3.0.1.

After installing Raspian and Zway I restored my settings. 85% is working again. But I have a new zway ID. Is there no possibilty to start on scratch and import the settings with the old zway ID?

Now to my problem: The cloud backup option is gone. What can I do? Do you have any ideas?

To import old ID you should copy from old system the /etc/zbw folder and /etc/init.d/zbw_connect

Thanks for the fast response. I will try today.

Do you have an advice to fix the cloud backup issue as well?

I fixed the issue by getting updated my origin 3.0.0 installation finally to 3.0.2. So the backup works like before.
