I’m looking a z wave product that I can use to detect the closure of a circuit.

My home used to have an alarm system and I’d like to retrofit some of the existing door sensors into my z wave network.

I did some quick googling, and found a few “Hacky” solutions, but wanted to see what the generally accepted solution might look like before I go Frankenstein on this problem.
