Please check logs. Also make sure the libcurl and libssl are there.

You can run Z-Way from terminal and see first 10 lines of output to see libraries errors

Hi,

I may have similar issue with Z-Way version 3.0.4.
I installed Raspbian Buster to new SD card and then I installed newest Z-way to it. After first login I restored backup from older Stretch setup which had already updated z-way to 3.0.4. I got same error when trying to install apps and neither UI icons cannot be downloaded. I tried reset to factory defaults, but it didin't have any effect.
Then I changed Stretch SD card back and tested app intallation but same problem occured.
My setup has Raspberry Pi 3B+ with Razberry.

Same issue with the apps and icons. Thought it could have had to deal with permissions, gave write permissions to all but to no avail. Checked the traffic, the libs, logs, nothings. Seems to be an internal problem.

There is a bug in 3.0.4 with SSL and HTTPS.

You can install a fix from the terminal using:
cd /tmp && wget https://storage.z-wave.me/z-way-server/ ... _armhf.deb && sudo dpkg -i z-way-3.0.4-33-gfb22f31_armhf.deb

This will be part of the next release. Apologize for the inconvenience

Thank you for support. This fix seem to work and I was able to install apps. I restored my backup again and I got working apps directly.

Does this bug cause missing local icons after fresh install? I think they are thone "New Smarthome-UI - Icons", which package is greyed and marked as installed. I attached screenshot.
Is it possible somehow to reload them?
