I have tried to upgrade the firmware on noe of my z-wave thermostats Heatit z-trm2fx.
I downloaded the file to my computer and logged into the expert UI and chose firmware update for the device. UI asked for the file to use, and I choosed the newly downloaded file. It seemed to start upgrade, but after 30 min. nothing happened and it did not upgrade firmware.
Does anyone have an idea of what I did wrong?

Make sure the device don't require some button press to confirm the upgrade process. Some do.

Does the progress bar goes green?

Make sure you are on v3.0.6. Few previous versions had a problem with this functionality

I get no green progress bar. It starts with a small red progress bar just for a second. Athen nothing more happens.
Does the otz file have to be stored i a special place?

And the device doesnt require a button to confirm the upgrade
