I'm confused... Does the ZM5101 come with the uFL connector already in place as pictured at https://z-wave.me/products/razberry/ and also at https://z-wave.me/products/razberry/razberry-revisions/ or does it have to be added after the fact as the write up states "Beside the PCBA antenna there is an option to solder a U.FL connector for external SMA antenna."?

Thanks! The wording in the write-up could be a little more explanatory I think. Maybe more like...
"Beside the PCBA antenna there is an option to solder a U.FL connector for external SMA antenna if it's not already configured that way. Some options of the "green" board come the U.FL in place and ready to use but usually they do not. "Blue" boards do not come with it."
