Zway cant find my device

Hello!
i have some trouble with my new razberry v2 ( blue ).
I ve tried to use it in home assistant, but no success. The configuration looks fine, but the z wave network wont start. After all, i ve installed the zway software just to verify the module status. The hardware info is not shown up in configuration. The green and red leds are always on. The error message is "Can not start Z-Wave binding: Error: Bad data – communication failed". What is wrong?
