Too far Z-Wave devices inclusion

Just a question about the z-wave inclusion. When troubleshooting, or changing hardware, or updating the controller etc…I need to include some devices again. The Z-Wave controller is often far from the other devices and is not easily movable the devices aren't too. So I am looking for a solution that let me include the devices easily, by walking everywhere in the house where the devices are located.
Does any “portable” Z-Wave controller (like the Aeotec Z-Stick) can be included in an existing network as a secondary controller, then include some devices with it, and “transfer the inclusion” to the primary controller? This will be useful.
