How to configure JP frequency on ZMEARAZ2

Post by nztak »

Dear Z-Wave.Me,

I can't set it to JP frequency in the expert interface on ZMEARAZ2.
Could you tell me how to configure JP frequency?

[Detail]
- model: ZMEARAZ2 of RaZberry (Version for all frequencies around 921 MHz (Australia/Brasil, Japan, Korea))
- SDK version : 6.51.06
- change frequency: http://ZWAYIP:8083/JS/Run/zway.ZMEFreqChange(4)
-> ANZ/BR HK only appeared. NOT KR/JP.
-> try http://ZWAYIP:8083/JS/Run/zway.ZMEFreqChange(7) -> KR/JP appeard!!
-> exclusion -> inclusion -> cannot find JP device.

- Below is a copy paste from http://ZWAYIP:8083/expert/#/network/controller "Show Controller Data"

Re: How to configure JP frequency on ZMEARAZ2

Post by PoltoS »

You need to go in firmware upgrade and install 3 channels firmware. It is a special one for KR/JP. Please got on /expert/#/uzb and anter token "all". You will see proposals to upgrade the bootloader and firmware. Please follow up to 5.39. You will see 3 channels (JP) version there.

Thanks for prompt reply.
I try to upgrade firmware 5.4->5.7. Then it says latest firmware as attached file.
But I can't succeed inclusion.
( I tried factory reset or ZMEFreqChange(4) or ZMEFreqChange(7) )
Have you ever heard of this situation?

By the way, I don't find my firmware version.
I'd like to check my firmware version is Ver5.39 or not.
Where can I get firmware version?

Thanks.

It seems I got Ver5.39 firmware. Thanks!!

- It seems APIVersion is firmware version.
- firmware update -> "Your stick uses the lateset firmware" display -> logout -> login again -> we can find new next firmware version -> firmware update.

It seems to finish inclusion one part, Razberry LED flash stop and Z-Wave sensor inclusion LED flashing stop.
But inclusion console continue inclusion mode, "Ready to include".

Does anybody know this solution?

Thanks,

For JP and KR you need 3 channels firmware. 5.36 had that as I remember. May be 5.39 do have it too - need to check that.

Ver5.39 JP/TW/KR firmware works as follows:

-> include FAIL. Razberry LED flash stop and Z-Wave sensor inclusion LED flashing stop. But "Ready to include".continue.

-> inclusion partially success. S2 interview doesn't complete.

I think this remain issue is not JP frequency issue.
So I close this ticket.

Thanks a lot!!
