Here is my advice since you're going to also use Home Assistant. Get all of the devices named the way you want before the integration. Also, if I need to add a new device or re-add it, since I have a dedicated Raspberry Pi that aggregates all of the other Pi's, I stop the Z-Way link to where I'm going to add the new device(s). Then I can change the name and organize it how I want before I restart the Z-Way link. If you don't do this, then you will have the generic name that it is automatically given by Z-Way in Home Assistant. This saves me from having to rename it in Home Assistant. I could also stop the integration on the Home Assistant side, but that would stop everything.
