can you share any RaZberry development roadmap? Will you create it with 700 chip? Aeotec seems has already created something similar.

Yes, RPi4 is supported even with the current board.
Next week we are supposed to finally approve the new hardware design. The antenna was tuned on RPi4, so it is made for! The RF will be much better than before. And a new version with external antenna will apear.
In brief, stay tuned, we will post a lot of news about the new board end of Feb, beginning of March. Availability end of March. Finger crossed...
