Re: Mathematica APP
I have been struggling with it, without success: the formula seems unable to read the input values generated by the sensor(s), and the output is always blank.
The Mathematica App v0.0.3 was released in 2016; it was tested at the time with ZWay v2.2.4. SIx years on we are now at ZWay v4.0.2 and the author of the Mathematica App has apparently retired from the ZWave Forum.
The ZWay team should remove Mathematica from the list of online and even more so, local apps ... or better still, they should develop a new one that works with ZWay v4.0.2 and future editions. It was a very useful app to calibrate sensors.

Re: Mathematica APP
A workaround though: (i) you create a virtual device using the local App "Virtual Device JS"--that virtual device will show the "processed data"; (ii) a tiny Python code pulls the "raw data" from your sensor, processes it as you wish, and pushes it onto the Virtual Device; (iii) a crontab runs the Python file as frequently as you want the "processed data" to be refreshed.
The Python file is very simple, yet very powerful: you can process your data in complex ways if you need to, combine data from any number of sensors, etc
