Did i brick my UZB1?

Hi,
tried to update the bootloader as via the web service... didn't work that well something happened and after that the service could not find the stick. I tried updating it via the ZMESerialUpdater, which at least gives some feedback, however it does seem a bit odd as all values are 'FF'.
When i ran the update, it seemed to not complain.
But the summary in the end doesn't look too promising... What can i do?
