I do have several of these devices in my network (Popp & Danfoss). The last ones I included 3 weeks ago. It worked fine. They were all included properly.
It is normal that they appear as battery devices since they are battery devices.

What went wrong in detail?

Hi

I have tried again with new batteries not the ones that were with and now it's works, which Device description do you use?
it also has a temperature gauge so I guess I should not use the one called
Danfoss Living Connect Z v1.06 014G0013

Fine, good to hear.

Both products (Popp & Danfoss) are equipped with a temperature sensor, but normally only Popp is communicating the value. I (or the Raselected Danfoss
Living Connect 1.1 or Living Connect 2.51 (for Popp & Danfoss). Popp installed a device sending the temperature.
