My sdcard is completely broken. I can not read anything from it. Pi won't boot. My laptop does not detect it.

I have written razberry.img to a new sdcard. Is there anything I can do to not have to exclude/include all devices?

If you have a backup from expert menu, then you can use it. Or you may use the backup from normal menu, if your
z-way device is not wiped.
