Razberry Pi and Danfoss Floor Heating controls

Hi,
I have a Challenge about the thermostats I use with my waterbourne floor heating system that is no longer in production. As they now are stopping to work, I would like to check out the possibilities with razberry pi, If I could make a thermostat for each room to replace the old thermostats. Anyone with this experience ?
OR...even better, does anyone know if this is possible in any way to connect to Homey ?
