I have an Aeotec ZW112 window/door sensor and it will only get to 64% on the interview. I can click on force interview but the same classes always do not complete.

First class that doesn't complete is AssociationGroupInformation

It was device 9 and I excluded it and then included it and it is now device 10.

Yes. 3.2.3. I'll have to send it via email as when I tried to add it initially it was too long.

Hi lanbrown,

I too have been having problems with my ZW112s. I have tracked down the problem to the time that it takes Z-Way (a RazBerry Gen 7 running 7.28 and Z-Way 3.2.3 in my case) to do the interview vs the time that the ZW112 stays awake (only 10 seconds).

If you put the ZW112 into its 10 minute wake-up mode (press and hold the action button for 3 seconds until led flashes orange) and then request NIF and force interview then hopefully the interview will complete.
