Z-Way doesn't see the Razberry 7 board; hence why the fields are blank. Have you tried shutting down the Raspberry Pi, unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in to perform a hard reset?

Please show the log. What have you done last? Were you able to check the firmware version after the last upgrade?

Hi Polto,

I bought yesterday a new Razberry 7 Pro - it works.

To repair my defect Razberry - I think - I must flash correct bin files for the bootloader and the firmware. The glb-File show this error:
Error 0 Hex file contains invalid record at line 1 while loading the bootloader
file:Razberry07.17.01.02.glb
Please send me bin-Files for the bootloader and the firmware - I try to flash with:

Code: Select all

./ZMESerialUpdater serialapi_uzbupdate -b bootloader.bin -f firmware.bin -d /dev/ttyAMA0
Thanks

Please don't do that, but use Z-Way UI to get updates instead.

Go in Expert UI > Network > Controller Info > Firmware Upgrade

So, ./ZMESerialUpdater serialapi_uzbupdate -d /dev/ttyAMA0 does not see the board neither after the upgrade?
