Problem Inclusion Fibaro RGBW Controller 2 FGRGBWM-442

Post by Dumperios »

I want integrate a Fibaro RGBW Controller 2 FGRGBWM-442, but the process is not able to finish.

First Step "Reset Device" works. Then I start the configuring part and first it looks good but then the comes the message "Repeat failed interviews". Finally the comes a message "Secure Inclusion failed. Exclude an try to include again". I did a lot of retries (Secure, Unsecure), every time with the same result.

I have another FGRGBWM-442 which works, but der inclusion process has problems too. I shows me the same message "Repeat failed interviews", but then i could quit another message to continue without optimal inclusion and it seems that it works.

Is there a problem with the FGRGBWM-442? In the List with Fibaro components is only the rgb-101 selectable, which i have used.

Please check it in the Expert UI. Try the inclusion process in Expert UI and if it falls, please show the Interview results

I am not able to start the inclusion in expert UI, maybe i can try to finish it, after the normal inclusion stops. There for i push the "force interview" button.

On the screenshot you can see, that the commandClasses Security and Security S2 failed.

In the elements view i have a lot of elements for the rgbw device some of them 3 times and more. Some of the elements are working but very slow and they do not what they should do.

Here is the interview result:

Looks like you have included device without security. You should re-include it with security and show the log if the problem persists

With security doesnt work. The I get an input dialog asking me for a PIN code.

Other Fibaro controls I can include with or without security, both works.

One thing I did: I reseted the device one time by holding the B-Button over 10 seconds. Maybe this was a mistake?
